You only need an explicit "Reply E-mail" address if you want people to reply to a different address than the one you are configuring here.

You will see this "Interent Security Warning" because we are using self-signed SSL certificate. This is sufficient to encrypt the connection between your email client and the mail server to protect the password from being intercepted along the way so ignore the warning and continue.
